Badd Baby wants you to be happy with your purchase.

All sales are final unless item (s) you have received is are a manufacturer defect.
Items may be returned with prior authorization for a refund or exchange within 5 days from the day you receive your package. NO exceptions. The product must be in the condition in which it was received, with tags attached and no sign of wear. Proof of purchase is necessary. Items that have been worn, washed or are customer-damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

If an item is found to be damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, contact our customer service department.
We are not responsible for items shipped back to Badd Baby and not received. We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel or courier. We will email you once we receive the returned item and process your exchange or refund.

Returning an Item?
If you have an item for return, it must be authorized by Badd Baby prior to shipping it back to us. Please include your order information (order number), proof of purchase and reason (s) for return. Returns will be processed within two days of receipt. Returned Items Must Be pre-approved by Badd Baby or They Will Not Be Processed. Items Sent After The 5 DAY Return Policy Will Not Be Processed.

We are not responsible for items that are returned that are not sent directly to our Returns Department. We are not responsible for Returns that are sent without an Authorization Approval.
